Fitted Rounds – Store Credit & Exchange Policy
At Fitted Rounds, our goal is to ensure that every nurse feels confident and comfortable
in their gear. Because our products are made to order during pre-sale, we do not offer
refunds. However, we do offer store credit or an exchange when possible.
Eligibility for Store Credit or Exchange
- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Customer must include proof of purchase (order number)
How to Initiate a Request
Email orders@fittedrounds.com with the subject line 'Store Credit Request' and
include your order number, reason for return, and whether you would like store credit or
to request a different size.
Processing Your Store Credit
Once your item is received and inspected, we will email you a unique store credit code
for the amount paid (excluding shipping). This credit can be used toward any future
purchase at fittedrounds.com
Important Notes
- Pre-sale items are made to order. Quantities and sizes may be limited.
- We do not cover return shipping at this time.
- Store credit codes do not expire and can be used on any STATNURSE product line.
