1. Pre-Sale Policy
Fitted Rounds products are currently offered as pre-order only. Your payment secures
your selected size, style, and color before production. Items are made in limited batches
based on demand. Estimated shipping window: October 15–20, 2025. Delays due to
manufacturer or logistics issues will be communicated via email.
2. Payment & Order Finalization
Full payment is required at checkout. Pre-orders are processed immediately and cannot
be canceled once production has started. No refunds will be issued unless a product is out
of stock or cannot be fulfilled. If you selected the wrong size or style, email us within 48
hours at orders@fittedrounds.com to request a change. Changes are not
guaranteed after production begins.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will ship between October 15 and 20, 2025. You will receive tracking information
once your package is in transit. We currently ship within the United States only.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We offer store credit or exchange only on pre-sale items, subject to inventory availability.
Returns must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
To start an exchange, email orders@fittedrounds.com with your order number
and reason for return.
5. Product Information
We strive to represent products accurately through descriptions, sizing, and images.
However, minor variations in color, fit, or finish may occur due to production or screen
resolution differences. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or availability prior to order
fulfillment.
6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and product designs for Fitted Rounds and STAT Nurse Learning
Center are the intellectual property of Dr. Felicia Choyce and may not be copied, resold,
or redistributed without permission.
